The Texas Bombers 00 finished tied for 7th (congratulations to our 99 team for winning it) out of 16 teams in the first VTD Nationals in Keller Texas. We played well most games and took some teams by surprise. Next up is the TAAF State Championship in Waco on 8/7 and 8/8.
Congratulations for the 00 Bombers for playing hard and finishing4th out of 19 teams in Seguin last weekend. We were 6-2 for the weekend beating the Lady Rage and Texas Slam 99 in pool games. In the bracket we beat the West Texas Threat 11-0, Tap Out 10U 8-4, Houston Heat 2-1 and then losing a close one to the Kingsville Vipers 1-0. Next came a triple ITB against the Texas Power, way to come back after being down 3-0! After that there was not a lot left in the tank and the CC Slam ended our weekend. Way to play hard and get good work in for VTD Nationals this coming week.
The Texas Bombers 00 will be attending the VTD World Series in Keller 7/21 to 7/25 for our National tournament.
The Texas Bombers 00 finished 2nd out of 10 teams in the Summer Sizzler at Huber Ranch. We lost 2-1 to the CC Slamm team from Corpus in the championship. They also knocked us into the losers bracket. Congratulations ladies on your play this weekend. Congratulations to the Slamm also.
Congrats to Texas Bombers ‘00, 2nd Place at the 7th Annual Spring Break Blowout! 7 games, 4 wins, 1 tie, and 2 losses. A very long day for the girls, but all in all a good tournament. Congrats again!
Texas Bombers ‘00 took 2nd place in Saturday’s 1-day tourney! All of our girls played hard and we went undeafeated until we met up with CC Slam out of Corpus Christi! Final score being 5-3. Well done girls!!!
Our sticks played a big part in all of our games, and our Defense was even better!
As discussed in practice we will wear Black pants and Black uniform jersey on Tuesday practices. Sunday practices we will wear Black pants with White uniform jersey.

The Texas Bombers 00 went 5-1 on the weekend losing in the 1st bracket game to the Down-N-Dirty team from Oklahoma. That loss was avenged in the Championship game on Sunday after run ruling the first two opponents of the day (Cobra’s and Austin’s Finest). Congratulations on your play this weekend.
